二、教學目標
(Objective)
 1.認知面：[使學生理解、應用、分析、綜合、比較、推論、評估本課程之理論與概念]：
     1.讓學生了解企業管理的定義與企業管理的範疇，介紹企業管理的重要性與倫理規範、倫理制訂與實施、個人因素、組織因素、開發有效的管理方案，將學生帶入產業的情境。使學生在學期間透過教科書能對企業管理理論的認識與了解，使其對企業管理有初步的熟悉，引發學生對於企業管理的興趣。
2.技能面[使學生能獲得運用與實做本課程理論與概念之技巧]：
     2.讓學生了解企業管理的定義，同時對新管理的理論也廣泛的研讀，譬如：企業管理議題形成、產業的管理等，並研讀相關Case study了解高科技公司如何透過企業管理、社會企業來增加公司產品的附加價值。
3.情意面[能引發學生對本課程之興趣，激發學生學習動機，增加觸類旁通與自主學習]：
     3.本教學利用教科書為理論基礎，配合 PBL教學法(problem base learning)，以增進學員對理論與實務的結合，以達學生融會貫通，將來進入職場可以利用過去所學的個案經驗作為決策的參考。
三、符合教學目標之課程內容設計
 1.規劃以120分鐘上教科書，以教導學生理論部分為主，並利用討論的方式讓學生加深印象； 2.規劃以60分鐘作個案教學，以HBR或TMCC個案教材為主，利用個案教學結合理論的應用。
