二、教學目標
(Objective)
 1.認知面：[使學生理解、應用、分析、綜合、比較、推論、評估本課程之理論與概念]：
     1.了解審計概念，以及會計師所負專業責任。 2.將審計整合先前之財務、管理與系統課程。
2.技能面[使學生能獲得運用與實做本課程理論與概念之技巧]：
     強調審計專業之理論與環境。尤其著重於審計之目的、準則、專業操守、法律責任、審計證據、內部控制時的審計規劃與審計抽樣。
3.情意面[能引發學生對本課程之興趣，激發學生學習動機，增加觸類旁通與自主學習]：
     以非常基礎與易懂的理論與實務來引發學生未來成為專業會計人員的興趣。
三、符合教學目標之課程內容設計
 引進國外先進審計觀念及國內審計公報,並帶領進入政府審計領域,兼顧理論與實務,俾有助於執行審計工作.
