二、教學目標
(Objective)
 1.認知面：[使學生理解、應用、分析、綜合、比較、推論、評估本課程之理論與概念]：
     (1) 學生除了能瞭解會計科目的定義外，更能理解會計恆等式的意含並進而奠定紀錄、分類與彙總的重要基礎能力，(2) 學生能有效分析與評估會計資訊，傳遞及溝通企業經營的過程及結果，進而協助企業經營者提升經營績效，(3) 能與國際會計接軌。
2.技能面[使學生能獲得運用與實做本課程理論與概念之技巧]：
     (1) 具有會計作帳的基本能力，(2) 具有財務報表的閱讀能力，(3) 具有初步的會計資訊分析能力，(4) 能熟悉簡單的會計帳務軟體。
3.情意面[能引發學生對本課程之興趣，激發學生學習動機，增加觸類旁通與自主學習]：
     (1) 學生能對踏入會計領域產生好奇與信心並激發學習動機，(2) 學生能建立「知、熟、確、速」自主學習的能力。
三、符合教學目標之課程內容設計
 本課程之教學目標為建立財務會計學的基礎，課程內容涵蓋會計循環的介紹以及財務報表五大類別的講解與實際運算，除了採用具有最新實務案例之教材外，課程議題並將引用最新的國際會計準則。教學設計除了課題內容、習題與案例的講解外，並於授課結束前實施「一分鐘回饋」，以訓練學生反思能力。除了理論與案例教學外，另將於課堂中介紹相關資訊網站以及簡易會計軟體操作，以引導學生自主學習，進而提升學生對本課程之興趣。
