二、教學目標
(Objective)
‧ Understand the importance and purpose of research in business administration. ‧ Comprehend the different types of research design (qualitative and quantitative) and their applications. ‧ Understand the population and sampling methods for research. ‧ Comprehend different data collection methods such as surveys, interviews, and observation. ‧ Understand different data analysis strategies such as descriptive statistics, inferential statistics, and content analysis.
2.技能面[使學生能獲得運用與實做本課程理論與概念之技巧]：
‧ Develop the ability to formulate a clear and concise research question. ‧ Gain skills in selecting appropriate data collection methods for a given research question. ‧ Develop skills in planning procedures for data collection. ‧ Gain skills in analyzing collected data using chosen strategies. ‧ Develop report writing skills to effectively communicate research findings.
