二、教學目標
(Objective)
 1.認知面：[使學生理解、應用、分析、綜合、比較、推論、評估本課程之理論與概念]：
     使學生在既有的會計學基礎下，進一步能分析複雜的企業交易，並能理解相關的財務會計準則規範。包括固定資產、負債與權益等範圍。
2.技能面[使學生能獲得運用與實做本課程理論與概念之技巧]：
     利用大量實作及習題演練，使學生具備運用會計準則等規定，來處理並提供企業會計資訊之能力。
3.情意面[能引發學生對本課程之興趣，激發學生學習動機，增加觸類旁通與自主學習]：
     利用公開資訊觀測站之上市櫃公司財務報表資訊，選擇學生熟悉的企業案例，引導自主學習，並藉此引發學生對本課程之興趣及學習動機。
三、符合教學目標之課程內容設計
 1.本課程涵蓋下列單元：IFRS及財務報導、應收款項，存貨評價、長期營業用資產、無形資產、負債、負債準備及或有負債。2.搭配相關的上市櫃公司資料進行討論。3.課程要求：(1)課前了解課程大綱與重點。(2)課中參與討論。(3)繳交作業。
